Return & Refund Policy – Ha Aura

At Ha Aura, all orders are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any purchases made through our website. All payments are securely completed online at the time of order.

However, we do offer product exchanges only in cases where the mistake is from our side (for example, if you receive the wrong item or a defective product).

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

If your request meets these conditions, our team will assist you with the exchange process.
